- 4 / 5By Justin SJose the "shift leader" desperately needed help and instead of asking the worker that was on break to help. He let a lot of customers wait way longer than necessary. Thomas, who offered to help earlier, was kind enough to end his break earlier and help when I asked. And he had much more of a hustle than Jose.June 11, 2016
