  Clean location. Very friendly staff. Great ocean views. They have a bar and a restaurant. They allow dogs under fifty pounds which is always nice if you like dogs there is a good chance you'll see one. Pool area is clean and there is plenty of room/space. I will definitely be staying there again soon.
  
  A few cons:
  There's very few food options in the area. The parking garage is a bit confusing. And the room service is mediocre at best. I would recommend walking a couple of miles to the harbor for better food.

  WOW. was just treated like I was anything BUT a paying customer. I have stayed in some horrible hotels but never one as bad as this. 3 women up front acted as if my questioning a 20 dollar 2 cup of coffee pot was the end of the world. I am a a guest who paid quite a lot of money to stay in a less than sub par room. Bugs flying all over the room and literally waking up to bug bites. We order room service every morning and it's actually one of our special traditions that we enjoy so much. We ordered a pot today (17.25) we got a 2 cup pot and a mug with cream inside...this mug must have been used because they ran out of the cream holders? Anyways,these 3 women up front took to acting like means girls and it was first day of school. So rude,unprofessional and worst of all,they did nothing to make it right.
  
  I have traveled from Colorado to California 7 times in 2016 and this is my second trip since 2017. I have stayed in Hilton hotels ALL 9 times and although we have had issues 3 times before we decided to give them another try. We picked this hotel for its beach views and ambiance. We have not seen the ocean once from our hotel because not only were we not given the ocean view we requested,the gorgeous ocean view bar (whole reason we got this hotel) was not open to guests because there was a private event. Hmmmm...this ocean view bar is the first photo you see when looking through the hotel photos and it's def why I chose it. Big mistake :(
