  The customer service is horrible, not just at this Ralphs but most of the stores locally. I was once a courtesy clerk for the company back in the early 90's. And I can tell you the expectations have dropped dramatically. Trash over filling, bags of groceries bagged completely wrong. Detergent with meat, cmon. No basket avail because they are pilled up along the register because the help is too busy checking their phone updates. You can never find a store Director unless you go early in the morning and see a white shirt pointing orders. Good luck, Trader Joes and Costco will have my business .

  This is one of the nicest experiences I have ever had at a Ralph's! It was ice cold inside on a hot summer day, and since I went early in the morning there were several employees stocking shelves, and at least three of them said hello to me! I went into the bathroom, which was very clean and well-maintained, and even when I was having trouble with the card machine at the register, the cashier was friendly and patient. Nicely done, Dana Point!
